【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversshapedwirecompactconcentric-lay-strandedaluminumconductor,steel-reinforced(ACSR/TW)anditscomponentwiresforuseasoverheadelectricalconductors(ExplanatoryNote1andNote2).1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Note18212;ACSR/TWisdesignedtoincreasethealuminumareaforagivendiameterofconductorbytheuseoftrapezoidallyshapedwires(TW).Theconductorsconsistofacentralcoreofroundsteelwire(s)surroundedbytwoormorelayersoftrapezoidalaluminum1350-H19wires.Differentstrandingsofthesamesizeofconductorareidentifiedbytype,whichistheapproximateratioofsteelareatoaluminumareaexpressedinpercent(Table1,Table2andTable3).Forthepurposeofthisspecification,thesizeslistedinTable1andTable2aretabulatedonthebasisofthefinishedconductorhavinganareaoroutsidediameterequaltothatofspecificsizesofstandardACSRsoastofacilitateconductorselection.Note28212;ThealuminumandtemperdesignationsconformtoANSIStandardH35.1.Aluminum1350correspondstoUnifiedNumberingSystem(UNS)A91350inaccordancewithPracticeE527.
