【摘要】:ThispartofISO21528specifiesamethod,withpre-enrichment,forthedetectionofEnterobacteriaceae.Itisapplicableto—productsintendedforhumanconsumptionandthefeedingofanimals,and—environmentalsamplesintheareaoffoodproductionandfoodhandling.Enumerationiscarriedoutbycalculationofthemostprobablenumber(MPN)afterincubationat37℃(or30℃)inliquidmedium.Thismethodisapplicable—whenthemicroorganismssoughtareexpectedtoneedresuscitationbeforeenrichment,and—whenthenumbersoughtisexpectedtobeintherange1to100permillilitreorpergramoftestsample.AlimitationontheapplicabilityofthispartofISO21528isimposedbythesusceptibilityofthemethodtoalargedegreeofvariability(seeClause11).note:1)Thetemperatureof37℃isgenerallyusedwhentheenumerationofEnterobacteriaceaeisforahygienicindicator.Alternatively,atemperatureof30℃canbechosenwhentheenumerationofEnterobacteriaceaeisconductedfortechnologicalpurposesandincludespsychrotrophicEnterobacteriaceae.
