【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsforcouplingsforthetransmissionofpowerbetweentherotatingshaftsoftwomachinesforgeneralpurposeapplicationsinthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.Suchapplicationstypicallyrequirecouplingstotransmitpoweratspeedsnotexceeding4000r/min,betweenmachinesinwhichthefirstlateralcriticalspeedisabovetherunningspeedrange(stiff-shaftmachines).Itmay,byagreement,beusedforapplicationsoutsidetheselimits.2ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletocouplingsdesignedtoaccommodateparallel(orlateral)offset,angularmisalignmentandaxialdisplacementoftheshaftswithoutimposingexcessivemechanicalloadingonthecoupledmachines.Couplingscoveredincludegear(andothermechanicalcontacttypes),metallicflexible-elementandvariouselastomerictypes.Specialtypessuchasclutch,hydraulic,eddy-current,rigid,radialsplineanduniversaljointtypes,arenotcovered.3ThisInternationalStandardcoversdesign,materialsofconstruction,inspectionandtestingofcouplingsandmethodsofattachmentofthecouplingtotheshafts(includingtaperedsleeveandotherproprietarydevices).ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotdefinecriteriafortheselectionofcouplingtypesforspecificapplications.4Itisrecommendedthat,whenusersfitnewcouplingstoexistingequipmentwhicharedifferentfromthoseoriginallyfitted,theyconsultthemanufacturersofthedrivingordrivenequipment.NOTE1Inmanycases,couplingscoveredbythisInternationalStandardaremanufacturer'scatalogueitems.NOTE2Forthefollowingapplications,theuseofISO10441isrecommended:—largeorhigh-speedmachinesthatmayberequiredtooperatecontinuouslyforextendedperiods,areoftenunsparedandarecriticaltothecontinuedoperationoftheinstallation(specialpurposeapplications);—machinesinwhichthefirstlateralcriticalspeedislessthanthemaximumrequiredoperatingspeed(flexible-shaftmachines);—machineswheretherotordynamicsareparticularlysensitivetocouplingunbalance.
